• An arranged meeting to meet with the client
  • Go over, in detail, what services the client would like to give the best quote possible
• A quote will be sent to the customer usually within 48 hours
• Once approval of the quote is obtained, Pembina Valley Windows will order your product
• When the clients product arrives, Pembina Valley Windows will contact the client to set up installation of the product.  We work best to complete the project in a timely manner
• We focus on quality, while not turning the house upside down during the process
• Pembina Valley Windows will also look after any warranty concerns.  All employees are factory trained and are well trained to handle any concerns.
